Ingrdients
- Dried shiitake, 6pcs
- Big cucumber, 1 pc
- Shiitake sauce, 2 spoons
- Shallot, 2 twigs
Recipes of edible mushrooms and herbal mushrooms

Directions
- Wash shiitake and rid of stems, pickel them into water to soft
- Pare off the cucumber skin, and cut into slices
- Saute shiitake with 2 spoons oil
and shallot
- Add the shiitake sauce and the water to soft shiitake
- After them boiled, stew them till the cucumber become soft


Menu Suggestions
- The shiitake sauce is highly suggested to enhances the vegetables
